Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth revolution in the industry where cyber and physical environments are ultimately interconnected to each other, including self adapting and real time optimized processes to provide customized production under the economic constraints.
A research group from faculty members of Eastern Mediterranean University and industry has beenconducting activities to increase the scope of the research, to provide more graduate and doctoral students with research opportunities in the field of Industry 4.0, to make project applications from external sources and to increase cooperation with the industry. Within the scope of these research activities on Industry 4.0; several scientific articles, conference papers, book chapters and master's and doctoral thesis are being produced.
